RWC5021P Tester for LoRa® / LoRaWAN® is a compact dongle-type tester for LoRaWAN® protocol analysis for end devices, providing the pre-certification test function and link analyzer function that can be performed in signaling mode.The RWC5020x PC application software provides the LoRaWAN pre-certification test function to verify compatibility with the LoRaWAN protocol, which is fully available for all regions.
As a member of the RWC5020x family, the RWC5021P is also compatible with the RWC5020x PC application software to provide the LoRaWAN pre-certification test and the Link Analyzer to RWC5021P users.
The RWC5020x PC application software provides the LoRaWAN pre-certification test function to verify compatibility with the LoRaWAN protocol, which is fully available for all regions. For LoRaWAN V1.0.2, there are 5 regional options: EU863-870, US 902-928, AS923, KR920-923, and IN865-867. For LoRaWAN V1.0.4, more regions are supported as follows: EU863-870, US 902-928, AS923-1, AS923-2, AS923-3, AS923-4, KR920-923, IN865-867, AU915-928, RU864-870, and EU433.
The Link Analyzer enables it to monitor all operations of DUT and dump all the link messages from RWC5020x while communicating with the DUT. The payload editor function helps users evaluate how their DUTs respond to the MAC command(s) or user-defined packets with user-configurable parameters. Moreover, users can also create their own test scenarios with any sequences or combinations of multiple MAC commands and run them consecutively using the script editor.

RWC2020A Interference Generator is an interference generator being able to be used for the purpose of various tests or measurements, e.g. the Listen Before Talk(LBT) test, the Gateway Non-regression tests, the Intermodulation Immunity test and so on.
It can generate up to eight multi-tone signals with different output levels per each tone for the LBT test and two tones of up to 20MHz distant for the Intermodulation Immunity test. It also can generate a single tone with phase noise of high performance for the Gateway Non-regression tests.
Listen Before Talk (LBT) is a technique that device enters RX mode and senses the interference signal level before it starts a transmission. It is used to prevent interference or collision between devices that use common frequency bands. RWC2020A provides a perfect solution to verify LBT functionality of DUT, gateways or end-devices, as a supplementary equipment synchronized with RWC5020A.
It generates up to eight interference signals to occupy frequency bands. The interference signal level, the number of channels, and channel frequencies are editable through RWC5020B LoRaWAN tester GUI or PC software.
The CW Interferer Immunity Test and Intermodulation Immunity Test which are ones of the Gateway Non-regression tests require CW interference signals with high performance phase noise.
RWC2020A generates a single-tone or dual-tone interference signal for those tests.

RWC5020x application provides LBT(listen before talk) test function. User can configure the all parameters of RWC2020A in LBT test function tab of PC application.
RWC2020A is controlled by RWC5020x through RS232 cable while LBT testing. The application collects all messages and result during LBT test and saves them as a doc file.
RWC2020A interference generator is mandatory for this test. While testing CW interferer immunity characteristics of non-regression test, this application lets RWC5020x transmit a LoRa signal as a wanted signal and RWC2020A transmit an unwanted tone as an interference signal. User can set frequencies and power of RWC2020A with this application.
This application collects all test result and shows a graphical test result while testing CW interferer immunity.
