Automatic Li-ion battery pack production line, is an automated assembly line from cylindrical li-ion cells to semi-finished li-ion battery packs which are ready to connect with BMS.

Spot Welding system

Resistance welding is a thermo-electric process in which heat is generated at the interface of the parts to be joined by passing an electrical current through the parts for a precisely controlled time and under a controlled pressure (force). The name “resistance” welding derives from the fact that the resistance of the work pieces and electrodes are used in combination or contrast to generate heat at their interface.

Laser Welding system

Various laser welding process using methods such as CO2, YAG, LED, Fiber etc. according to individual needs can be provided
  • Laser Welding of thin foil of battery
  • Laser Welding of Aluminum plate of battery
  • Laser Welding of Copper plate of battery

The Cell Cycler is custom manufactured to meet a specific customer's requirements.

It is optimized for single cells (Li-Ion, NiMH, NiCd, Lead-Acid, EDLC).

It is also possible to test all other batteries that have a charging voltage below 5V.
  • Interlock with Cold/Hot Chambers
  • Cell Temperature monitoring with each channel

The Cell Formation is used as a charging/discharging equipment in battery production lines for testing Li-Ion, Li-Polymer, Ni-MH, and other used in ESS, EV, HEV etc.

This equipment is suitable for Pilot scale and Mass production. [eg., 512, 1024 cells or larger].

It is used as a comprehensive Testing equipment to understand the Cell’s

  • Efficiency etc.
And sort them accordingly before being assembled into Modules and Battery Packs.

The Regenerative Pack Cycler is optimized for testing for battery packs of any chemistry.

It’s able to do Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation tests and be operated in an independent or parallel mode by an energy regeneration method.

This Portable system is used to prevent faults or quality issues in critical back-up applications of batteries in ESS, EV, HEV or PV systems.

It diagnoses and evaluates the performance by quickly measuring the:

It can record and store more than 150 thousand data and transfer the same to its PC Software via Bluetooth or USB.
